I wish I would have thought this recipe up before I finished my cookbook because it is a KEEPER. I promise you’ll forget all about sugar-laden milkshakes once you taste this beauty of a shake. My kids (and me, for that matter) absolutely love this “milkshake,” and when you’re 3, 5, and 7, it’s totally cool to drink a shake for breakfast. And when you see the ingredients, you’ll be offering it up as much as possible!

This shake is free from:

Milk, Gluten, Grains, Soy, Egg, Refined Sugar, Nuts, Seeds

And is full of:
